Is the e-signature actually valid? +
Yes. In Australia, electronic approvals are valid under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999. When your customer approves, SnapChange captures a timestamped record of exactly what they saw and agreed to, so you have proof they said yes to the extra work and the price.
Do I have to change my invoicing software? +
No. SnapChange sits alongside whatever you already use. It captures the variation and gets it signed; you invoice it your usual way. It is not another system to migrate onto.
Does it handle GST? +
Yes. Prices are in AUD and GST is added automatically (you can toggle it in settings). The total your customer approves is the total inc GST.
What does it cost? +
Free to start, with 3 variations on us and no card required. After that it is $29/mo inc GST for unlimited variations. One recovered variation more than pays for it.
Where does my data live? +
In this early version, your variations are stored on your own device, and we collect as little as possible. The single variation you send travels in the approval link to your customer. Read the privacy page.
